Hastings to Host Midnight ‘Avengers’ Event

Hastings Entertainment will host a series of midnight release parties Monday, Sept. 24 for the release of Marvel's The Avengers from Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment.

The events — which will also tie-in the release of the PC game World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria — will be held at select stores at 9 p.m. local time.

Hastings will hold a series of promotions at the events, including 30% off used music CDs, book and games, 25% off “Avengers” merchandise and Marvel electronic accessories, and 20% of gaming strategy guides.
