Anchor Bay Previews ‘Spartacus’ 3D Extra at Comic-Con

Anchor Bay Entertainment will preview a 3D bonus feature available on the Sept. 13 Blu-ray release of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
The extra consists of the final episode’s battle sequence, which has been converted into 3D, a first for a TV on Blu-ray release.
The footage will be shown at the Starz booth ($4045) at San Diego Comic-Con International from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, July 21; 1:15 to 3:15 p.m. Friday, July 22; and noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 23.
The Blu-ray also includes extended episodes and audio commentaries for the six episodes that serve as a prequel to “Spartacus: Blood and Sand.”
