Home entertainment distributor Shout! Factory Oct. 14 announced the promotions of veteran executives John Rotella, Adam Ainley, Kathy Callahan and Arlene Shapiro.
Rotella, who becomes SVP of sales, oversees sales strategy for Shout’s physical home entertainment business in North America. He joined the company in 2003 and previously served as VP of sales.
Ainley was promoted to SVP of finance 12 years after joining the company. He oversees financial reporting, banking and analysis.
Callahan was named VP of special market sales and e-commerce. She joined the company in 2005 and has been overseeing Shout’s e-commerce, special markets, non-traditional accounts, artist sales and revenue-generating affiliates.
Shapiro was promoted to VP of royalties. She has been overseeing Shout’s royalties team and related business dealings since mid-2007.
“Arlene holds a vitally important role at Shout. We’re known as a company that pays royalties accurately and on time. That has greatly helped our reputation and ability to attract new deals,” Shout! Factory founders Richard Foos, Bob Emmer and Garson Foos said in a joint statement.
