In Bad Moms, the writers of The Hangover have delivered another smart, raunchy comedy with a premise that is essentially Mean Girls meets the PTA.

Mila Kunis stars as Amy, a young mom who is in over her head raising her two kids without much help from a clueless husband. She soon runs afoul of Alpha mom Gwen (Christina Applegate), quitting the PTA and deciding to slack off her parental duties in order to have some fun.

Joining Amy in these endeavors are oversexed single mom Carla (hilariously over-the-top Kathryn Hahn) and suppressed Stepford wife Kiki (Kristen Bell).

Vindictive PTA president Gwen decides to teach Amy a lesson by getting Amy's daughter kicked off the soccer team, prompting Amy to run against Gwen for the PTA presidency.

That gives the movie a double whammy for humor: starting with the drunken antics of the fed-up moms followed with a zany election campaign.

Thankfully, Amy's love for her kids continues to shine through despite her frustrations, leading to a nice message about the relationship between parents and their children.

These theme is carried over into one of the most notable extras on the Blu-ray: a series of insightful interviews with the cast and their mothers that runs nearly 24 minutes. Some of these clips appeared during the end credits of the film itself.

The Blu-ray also includes nearly 17 minutes of deleted scenes, most of which are alternate takes, and a funny six-minute gag reel loaded with more alternate takes.
