Phelps Unwinds With 'Planet Earth'

Gold medal-winning swimmer Michael Phelps told People magazine that his preferred method of unwinding during the 2008 Olympics when he isn't racing is to watch the BBC Video documentary “Planet Earth.”Phelps' coach Bob Bowman told People.com that watching TV helps Phelps relax before a swim.

“Planet Earth, the documentary, is pretty much all I've been watching,” Phelps told reporters, according to People.
