Universal Inks Deal to Distribute Shout! Factory Titles in Canada

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment Canada has signed an exclusive multiyear deal to distribute Shout! Factory’s home entertainment titles in Canada, effective July 1.

Factory founders Richard Foos, Bob Emmer and Garson Foos said in a statement. “They have an experienced and motivated team that can work with us collaboratively to maximize our home entertainment distribution reach in Canada.”

Factory is a first-class operation, underscored by its team of innovative and passionate home entertainment specialists,” John Melluso, managing director of UPHE Canada, said in a statement. “Pairing its impressive entertainment library with Universal’s formidable home entertainment distribution infrastructure  effectively positions us for an enduring and vibrant collaboration.”
