Sony Pictures Signs U.K., Ireland Distribution Deal With STX

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has signed an agreement to distribute the slate of STXinternational, a division of STX Entertainment, across physical and digital formats in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Under the deal, SPHE will handle distribution and marketing for STXinternational’s new-release content, beginning in January 2018 with Wind River, starring Jeremy Renner and Elizabeth Olson. Other titles include the modern romantic comedy Home Again, starring Reese Witherspoon, and Andy Serkis’s feature directorial debut, Breathe, with Andrew Garfield and Claire Foy.

We look forward to exploiting our resource and expertise to bring this exceptional slate to audiences across the U.K. and Ireland.” said SPHE president Man Jit Singh.
