Bob Buchi, President, Worldwide Home Media Distribution
Buchi oversees all aspects of Paramount’s home media division. Having spent more than two decades in the business, as president Buchi consistently works to expand opportunities across all digital platforms worldwide. He has built dedicated international digital sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue for the studio’s content. He has been responsible for strategic brand, retail and digital marketing for some of the industry’s most successful franchise releases, including “Transformers,” “Star Trek,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” and “G.I. Joe.”
Dan Cohen, President, Worldwide Television Licensing
Cohen oversees the global licensing and distribution of all Paramount films, television series and other content across multiple platforms including mobile, pay television, broadcast, cable and SVOD as well as emerging digital arenas. He leads the television licensing teams in setting strategy and guiding the teams in their negotiations across the global marketplace and finding strategic distribution opportunities. Prior to joining Paramount, Cohen spent 20 years at Disney/ABC where he most recently served as EVP of pay television and digital sales for Home Entertainment and Television Distribution for The Walt Disney Studios.
Steve Siskind, President, Marketing, Worldwide Home Media Distribution
Siskind is responsible for creative advertising, media, publicity, interactive marketing, brand and market research for all of the studio’s home entertainment releases across physical and digital platforms. Siskind joined Paramount in 2004 as EVP of worldwide marketing and advertising, helping to craft Paramount’s global marketing efforts in advertising investment strategy, marketing partnerships, cross company synergy, and the management of creative content.
Tripp Wood SVP, Digital Sales and Distribution, Domestic
Wood’s team manages the studio’s domestic transactional digital business with Internet, cable, satellite and telco customers. He also leads digital business development, including new initiatives in Ultra HD and collaborations with theatrical marketing for lifecycle partnerships. Before joining Paramount, Wood spent a decade in interactive entertainment at Electronic Arts and Disney Interactive.
Shane Kao, SVP, Worldwide Business Affairs and Legal
Kao is the key business affairs executive driving content distribution across digital platforms worldwide, negotiating and structuring agreements with all major platforms. An engineer by training, he is responsible for building new business models and adapting existing strategies as technology accelerates the rate of change in the industry.
Dina Marovich, SVP, Worldwide Media and Interactive Marketing
Marovich since 2006 has provided strategic vision and led marketing execution at Paramount by integrating digital, interactive marketing and traditional paid media. Her responsibilities include marketing for physical and digital media, including electronic sellthrough and rental, VOD and pay-per-view. She optimizes resources to maximize revenue and deliver results while also generating massive amounts of earned media on top-tier franchises, including “Star Trek” and “Transformers.”
Dennis Miyata, SVP, International Digital Distribution
Miyata manages a diverse transactional digital distribution business across regions that encompass nearly 4.5 billion people, including some of the largest international, as well as rapidly emerging, territories. Before joining Paramount, Miyata helped lead new business development at Panasonic and CCC/Tsutaya in Japan.
Howard Hsieh, VP, Worldwide Digital Business Development
Hsieh oversees all new business growth efforts globally for the division, including establishing new partnership opportunities and adopting emerging technologies. He studies how people consume entertainment content, as well as innovative business models. Hsieh previously oversaw domestic business planning and distribution strategy for home media.
Ken Lloyd, VP, Digital Sales and Distribution, Domestic
Lloyd manages key transactional Internet customers in the United States and Canada. He also oversees business development and lifecycle opportunities across a variety of new and existing digital customers and platforms. He previously managed expansion of transactional TV offerings across multiple platforms for Microsoft’s Movies & TV service, and before that oversaw digital distribution for Nickelodeon.
Alastair Frusher, VP, Digital Distribution, EMEA
Alongside his European-based team, Frusher oversees relationships and commercial affairs with cable, satellite, telco and OTT customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, driving VOD and EST digital distribution. He previously spent a number of years on the platform side, including stints at Liberty Global and Sky.
Seth Zachary, VP, PPV & VOD, domestic
Having previously overseen VOD agreements in Latin America, Zachary currently negotiates key domestic VOD and EST deals with residential cable, satellite and telco clients. Prior to joining Paramount, Zachary managed licensing agreements at Universal Television Network Group and Disney/ABC Television Distribution.
