Packer is the architect of the company’s OTT video strategy delivering content directly to consumers. Initiatives include the Lionsgate Entertainment World streaming platform in partnership with The Alibaba Group in China, the Tribeca Shortlist SVOD platform, and the recently-announced Comic-Con International SVOD service. Packer also jointly runs the global home entertainment business with Ron Schwartz, president of home entertainment.
AKIN CEYLAN, COO, home entertainment
Ceylan is responsible for distribution of content to the company’s first digital service in China in partnership with Alibaba. The former MGM executive was also responsible for re-upping a recent replication agreement with Cinram and late last year acquiring distribution of CBS Films releases.
ANNE PARDUCCI, EVP, marketing
Parducci is responsible for managing a portfolio of digital and social media assets, including more than 350 million fans on Lionsgate’s Facebook movie property pages, as well as the YouTube channel, BeFit. Parducci recently worked with Google Play for “The Mad Men Experience,” an interactive, art exhibit-style website where viewers can relive moments from the acclaimed series and explore further the show’s characters, themes and historical timeline. “Mad Men” is created by Lionsgate.
THOMAS HUGHES, EVP, worldwide digital distribution
Hughes is responsible for managing new and library releases, including day-and-date theatrical/ VOD releases. He also manages business development for digital platforms, including mobile, apps and emerging technologies.
ANDREI BULAWKA, VP, creative services, home entertainment
Bulawka oversees the creation of digital and packaged-media assets for the new-release film slate and TV shows. He is responsible for the creative strategy and promotion of library titles across digital platforms worldwide.
