Report: YouTube Reaching 3 Out of 4 Web Video Viewers

Google Sites (almost entirely consisting of YouTube viewers) topped online video sites with 136 million viewers in March, accounting for three out of four online video viewers, watching an average of 96 videos per viewer, according to ComScore data.
More than 180 million U.S. Internet users watched online video during the month, totaling more than 31.2 billion videos viewed. YouTube accounted for the lion’s share of videos viewed, with a 41.8% market share and nearly 13.1 billion videos viewed. Studio-owned Hulu trailed at No. 2, with a 3.4% market share and just more than 1 billion videos viewed.
