Disney Movies Anywhere Adds Pixar Experience

The Apple-backed Disney Movies Anywhere platform for mobile and online content from the studio has a new layer: Pixar Summer Movies to Go.

Starting June 3, Disney Movies Anywhere will unveil a new fan-favorite film each week, available for purchase along with exclusive bonus content, including new filmmaker introductions and trivia. In the “discover” section of the Disney Movies Anywhere app, Pixar fans will find a “Countdown to Pixar's Ultimate Movie-Making Secrets” section.

The first film getting special treatment on the app is Cars, with new films following weekly for the next three months.

Disney is still offering those who download Disney Movies Anywhere and link the app to an iTunes account a free copy of The Incredibles.
