Dish Gets 'NBA League Pass' Streaming Service

Dish Network Oct. 25 announced it now offers satellite TV subscribers access to “NBA League Pass,” a $199 streaming service that gives viewers access to 40 live and on-demand out-of-market games on a weekly basis.

The satellite TV operator is the first pay-TV distributor offering direct access to the NBA’s subscription streaming service.

"Now an NBA fan on the East Coast who wants to follow just their favorite West Coast team can opt for ‘NBA Team Pass,’” Josh Clark, VP of programming for Dish, said in a statement.

Dish is making “ NBA League Pass” available for free preview through Nov. 1. Customers have the option to pay for “Team Pass” in four installments of $29.75 or “League Pass” in four installments of $49.75.
