Sony Pictures Launches Mobile ‘Battle: Los Angeles’ App

A new mobile application for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment’s Battle: Los Angeles will allow owners of Apple and Android products to insert aliens and battle drones from the film into pictures of their home, office or city, and share the results on Facebook or Twitter.
The application, dubbed Battle: Los Angeles Layar, is available for free at Android Marketplace and the iTunes App Store, and also features a preview of the first-person shooter PlayStation 3 game Resistance 3. Users also can enter to win a PS3 system.
Sony releases Battle: Los Angeles on Blu-ray Disc and DVD June 14.
