Roku 3

Roku devices now have access to Redbox Instant by Verizon, giving owners the ability to purchase and rent the newest digital releases directly through the channel, without the need for a subscription.

A Redbox Instant by Verizon subscription runs $8 a month for four credits to access new-release discs at Redbox kiosks, along with streaming access. Subscribers can pay $9 a month for Blu-ray Discs instead of DVDs.

The Roku channel works on Roku 3, Roku 2, Roku HD and Roku LT players, as well as the Roku Streaming Stick.

The Redbox Instant channel for Roku offers access to more than 5,500 movies, trailers, user reviews, bookmark functionality, parental controls and the ability to reserve discs at kiosks online.
