Projections: 'Man of Steel' Flying to No. 1
18 Nov, 2013 By: John Latchem
Warner Home Video’s Man of Steel will easily take the top spot on the sales charts for the week ending Nov. 17, following a $291 million take at the domestic box office.
The top contender for the No. 2 spot is DreamWorks’ Turbo, which underperformed at the box office at $82.9 million. It wouldn’t be a shock if it debuted behind one of the stronger holdover titles.
The rental chart continues to see a number of titles coming off their 28-day embargo periods, with Fox’s The Heat and Warner’s Pacific Rim the latest to arrive at Redbox.
