Projections: Charts Making Room for More 'Boss Baby'
7 Aug, 2017 By: John Latchem
DreamWorks Animation's The Boss Baby is poised to hold onto the No. 1 spot on the home video sales charts the week ending Aug. 6, while taking over the rental charts as well.
The primary competition to unseating the animated hit, which is distributed by Fox, are the Warner comedy Going in Style and the Lionsgate thriller The Circle. Going in Style did the best of the two at the domestic box office, with $45 million.
On the weekly rental chart, The Boss Baby looks ready to take the top spot thanks to the new shorter delay imposed on Fox films at Redbox kiosks.
