Cinram Adds Two New Board Members

Replicator Cinram has added two new members to its board of trustees.

Randall Benson and Bradley I. Dietz have joined the board, effective immediately, while Robert Poile has resigned from the board.

“Randy Benson and Bradley Dietz are both very well-regarded, experienced and capable executives whose vision, talents and perspectives should prove invaluable,” said board chairman William Anderson. “We are sincerely grateful to Bob for his very significant contributions and dedication to the fund.”

The Cinram board now comprises Anderson, Henri Aboutboul, Benson, Dietz and Cinram CEO Steve Brown.
