Ed Wood, celebrated as one of the worst director of all time, gets an outstanding boxed set from S’More Entertainment July 26.
The six-disc Big Box of Wood ($49.98) includes Jailbait (1954), Bride of the Monster (1955), The Violent Years (1958), Plan 9 From Outer Space (1958), Sinister Urge (1960), Orgy of the Dead (1965), Snow Bunnies (1972), Drop Our Wife (1972), Fugitive Girls (1974), Beach Bunnies (1976) and Hot Ice (1978).
Bonuses include interviews with Ed Wood’s widow, Kathy Wood, leading lady Dolores Fuller, and producers Steven Apostolof and Joe Robertson; rare interview footage with Bela Lugosi; color home movies shot on the set of Orgy of the Dead; trailers; commentary tracks; and an introduction for each film by writer-director Ted Newsom.
