Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has promoted Sheela Jairaj to VP, vendor managed inventory (VMI) for North America. She will oversee the division’s growing strategies and practices with regard to VMI for the North American market. Jairaj, who joined the company in 2005 and was most recently executive director, VMI for North America, will continue to report to Geri Bluerock, SVP of retail operations for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
