Ross Levinsohn Joins Vubiquity Board

Vubiquity, a multiplatform video services company, Jan. 13 announced it has named Ross Levinsohn to its board of directors. Levinsohn, who was interim CEO at Yahoo, and before that president of Fox Interactive Media, brings a wealth of experience in media and consumer entertainment services.
Most recently, Levinsohn has been CEO of global asset management firm Guggenheim Digital Media.
Levinsohn is also co-founder of Fuse Capital, an investment and strategic equity management firm focused on investing in and building digital media and communications companies.
“As the technology and entertainment industries continue to converge, we couldn’t be more pleased to have Ross join our board. He is one of the early innovators in the new media space and continues to be at the forefront as the two industries align,” Vubiquity chairman Phil Herget said in a statement.
Vubiquity, which is spearheading digital distribution of content to third-party platforms around the world, is headed by Darcy Antonellis, former president of technical operations and CTO at Warner Bros. Entertainment.
“With its deep relationships across the content supply chain and growing services portfolio, Vubiquity is poised for explosive growth,” Levinsohn said in a statement.
