Twentieth Century Fox has promoted Keith Feldman to president of worldwide home entertainment.

In his new role, Feldman will shape the distribution and marketing footprint for the division, overseeing Fox’s worldwide physical and digital transactional businesses.

He will continue to report Mike Dunn, who was promoted to president of product strategy and consumer business development in December.

“Keith is an exceptional global executive who has boldly advanced our transactional businesses,” Dunn said. “As we continue to navigate the rapidly shifting media landscape and evolving consumer habits, his experience, leadership and proven business acumen perfectly position him to drive the division forward.”

Fox Home Entertainment has offices in 16 countries worldwide, giving consumers access to Fox content in more than100 countries.

Feldman will further develop and implement Fox's marketing and distribution strategy for enhanced formats including Digital HD, 4K Ultra HD and virtual reality, according to a Fox press release. He will drive strategic alignment and business growth of key retail partners including Amazon, Best Buy, Comcast, DirecTV, Google Play, iTunes, PlayStation, Sky, Target, Walmart (including Vudu) and Xbox. Feldman will continue to lead all home entertainment businesses for third-party partners including DreamWorks Animation, eOne, EuropaCorp, Lucasfilm, MGM, Pathe and Warner Brothers.

“I look forward to shaping go-to-market strategies that will leverage emerging technologies and business models to inspire and engage our consumers with high-impact, relevant and creative product offerings,” Feldman said.

Feldman previously served as president of worldwide distribution for the home entertainment division.
