Verizon FiOS Offers Free HBO, Cinemax

Verizon FiOS is offering its customers a free weekend of HBO and Cinemax through the morning of Sept. 10.

The channels 400 through 431 can be accessed standard-definition or channels 899 through 931 for high-def. FiOS will also debut Argo this Saturday on HBO and The Dark Knight Rises on Cinemax.

FiOS is also planning a five-day free VOD marathon with more than 1,500 movies and 40 full-season TV shows later in September.
