Kaleidescape Offers Free Movie Promotion

Upscale movie server company Kaleidescape is offering new owners of its Cinema One player 50 free movies, now through the end of the year.

The $4,000 Cinema One is available via Best Buy Magnolia Design Centers and 1,800 home theater dealers worldwide, as well as Kaleidescape’s own online store.

“With the inclusion of 50 free movies, Cinema One is the perfect gift to create great family memories during the holiday season,” said Michael Malcolm, founder, chairman and CEO of Kaleidescape. “With Cinema One, families can select from thousands of true HD- and SD-quality movies from the Kaleidescape Store, where they can find old treasures or enjoy new releases, and experience superior quality that can be seen and heard.”

The Cinema One can store up to 600 DVD or 100 Blu-ray quality movies, and is Kaleidescape’s first product designed for retail distribution. It allows users to store the content they own via the cloud and watch films without previews, menus or ads.

Users can also download movies directly from the Kaleidescape Store, which offers-quality Blu-ray content, bonus features and UltraViolet connectivity.
