Westinghouse Joins 3DTV Ranks

HDTV manufacturer Westinghouse Digital has launched its first 3DTV, the W47S2TCD, a 47-inch model with a price tag of $1,119.
The passive 3D, LCD set includes four sets of glasses and offers 1080p high-def resolution for 2D viewing.
“We’re thrilled to announce our first 3D HDTV,” said Rey Roque, VP of marketing at Westinghouse. “Westinghouse can now truly fulfill the needs of every consumer, with sets ranging from 22 inches to 60 inches in both LED and LCD, and the addition of our first 3D HDTV and connected HDTV.”
Westinghouse also is debuting a 46-inch connected LED HDTV that includes several applications, namely Vudu and Netflix.
