Panasonic Kicks Off 15-market 3DTV Tour
6 Apr, 2011 By: Chris TribbeyNew York’s Roosevelt Field, Chicago’s Union Station and Los Angeles’ Culver City Shopping Center currently are home to Panasonic’s “Experience Amazing” tour, a six-week nationwide showcase of the company’s 3DTVs, Internet-connected HDTVs and 3D cameras and camcorders.
The tour also will make stops in Atlanta; Boston; Dallas; Detroit; Houston; Miami; Minneapolis, Minn.; Philadelphia; Phoenix; San Francisco; Seattle; and Washington, D.C., through May 15.
“Panasonic has so many exciting new, category-leading products to share with consumers from the latest Viera Full HD 3DTVs and 3D Blu-ray Disc home theater systems to our vastly expanded Viera Connect IPTV features and line of 3D digital cameras and camcorders,” said Shiro Kitajima, president of Panasonic Consumer Electronics Co. “We created this tour to let consumers get hands-on with our 2011 products and experience for themselves how amazing and easy-to-use the world of home entertainment has become.”
Visitors will have a chance to win a home entertainment system including a Panasonic Viera Full HD plasma 3DTV, 3D Blu-ray Disc home theater system and 3D camcorder.
