3net, the 24-hour 3D network from Sony, Discovery and Imax, will premiere the industry’s first 3D entertainment news program April 24.
The one-hour “In the Qube” show will run once a month and will be dedicated to covering 3D content and hardware. Nicole Dabeau, former host and senior editor of “Entertainment Tonight” online and correspondent for E! News, will host the show.
“‘In the Qube’ demonstrates our continuing commitment to bring viewers the most immersive and engaging content possible,” said Tom Cosgrove, president and CEO of 3net.
The debut episode will cover this summer’s 3D theatrical slate, look at the latest 3D Blu-ray Disc players and test several 3D games.
3net currently is available to DirecTV subscribers.
