Projections: 'Jackass 3' Takes Aim at Charts
14 Mar, 2011 By: John Latchem
With the $117.23 million box office take of Jackass 3, the popularity of the franchise cannot be denied. And now the “Jackass” boys are ready for their latest stunt: having Jackass 3 top the disc charts its first week in stores.
However, Jackass 3 and other notable new releases March 8 — such as Paramount’s comedy Morning Glory, Lionsgate’s thriller The Next Three Days, the first season of zombie show “The Walking Dead” and the final season of “Hannah Montana” — will have some good competition from holdover titles for the top chart spots.
