An Unconventional Vision — Brian Roberts, Comcast Chairman/CEO

After a quarter of a century, Comcast Corporation is an $80.4 billion company that aside from being the country’s largest cable TV company and home Internet service provider is one of the most important players in what we now call the home entertainment industry. And much of the credit goes to Brian Roberts, now company chairman and CEO, who is being honored this year with Home Media Magazine’s 2017 Visionary Award.

Voting Opens for the 2017 'Home Media Magazine' Awards

Consumer voting for the 2017 'Home Media Magazine' Awards has begun. Through April 7, film and TV fans and home entertainment enthusiasts can visit www.HomeMediaMagazine.com/awards-vote to select their favorite DVD and Blu-ray Disc titles of 2016, as nominated by studios and distributors. The results of the consumer vote will be combined with ballots submitted by a panel of journalist and blogger judges. Winners will be announced April 24. Judges will also select a top Blu-ray, TV show on disc and a best overall title.

Historic Oscars (Finally) Crowns 'Moonlight'; Good Hauls for 'La La Land,' Amazon, Netflix
