Steve Beeks, co-COO and president

Beeks guides the studio to a market capitalization of more than $3 billion, with corporate revenue increasing six times during the past decade. He is responsible for overall operations of the film business. Beeks oversees home entertainment operations, including packaged media, TV distribution and digital media. He’s credited with the studio’s launch of Blu-ray Disc, UltraViolet, early EST windowing and day-and-date theatrical and VOD releases.

Jim Packer, president, worldwide TV and digital distribution

Packer is responsible for 28 shows on 20 different networks, including “Mad Men,” “Weeds” and Netflix’s “Orange Is the New Black.” He also manages licensing the company’s film slate to digital outlets, including The Hunger Games and the “Twilight” franchise. Packer is responsible for managing the company’s digital distribution strategies with Netflix, iTunes, Amazon, Hulu and Xbox and others and helped pioneer Lionsgate’s specialty theatrical and VOD business.

Anne Parducci, EVP, marketing

Parducci manages Lionsgate’s overall strategic marketing, brand management and creative direction for packaged and digital media. She also oversees digital initiatives across social platforms. Parducci is shepherding the development of the Lionsgate/YouTube BeFit channel and is a member of the DEG: The Digital Entertainment Group’s UltraViolet marketing committee and the connected entertainment committee.
  
Kajsa Vikman, SVP, marketing, GM fitness

Vikman has more than one role on her plate, overseeing the fitness initiatives for the studio, including acquisitions, productions, marketing and creative for both disc and digital. She played a huge part developing the Lionsgate/YouTube partnership, which resulted in the launch of the BeFit channel. She pioneered the idea of turning TV brands into fitness product, including “The Biggest Loser” and “Dancing With the Stars,” and is credited with helping Lionsgate’s rise in the TV DVD category, which has more than doubled for the studio in recent years.

Lawrence Szabo, EVP, North American TV sales

Lionsgate looks to Szabo for the distribution of the company’s content across all American linear television and subscription VOD platforms. In Canada he solicits distribution of Lionsgate series with all networks and manages distribution of Lionsgate’s library through eOne Entertainment.

Prior to his current role, Szabo spent 18 years at MGM, holding various TV and home entertainment executive positions.

Thomas Hughes, SVP, worldwide digital

Hughes oversees Lionsgate’s distribution of content to multichannel video programming distributors and digital platforms, and manages business development for digital platforms, including mobile, apps and emerging technologies. He’s credited with managing the digital and VOD releases of The Hunger Games, and the day-and-date theatrical/VOD releases of Arbitrage and Margin Call.
