Warner Bros. Television Group, AOL Team for Socialthing

AOL and Warner Bros. Television Group are launching online network Socialthing, which will provide a platform to socialize across the television group’s digital properties.

The site will encompass Warner Bros. Television Group sites such as CWTV.com, TheWB.com, KidsWB.com, DCHeroZone.com, Essence.com and Momlogic.com and employ AOL’s AIM technology.

“Socialthing, combined with the stories and programs on our sites, will create a powerful and engaging combination of content, community and conversation for our users,” said Craig Hunegs, EVP of business management for Warner Bros. Television Group.
