'Lego Movie' on Disc, Digital June 17

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will release The Lego Movie, the top-grossing film thus far of 2014, on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD June 17.

The CG-animated film based on the Lego toy brand was released to theaters in February and grossed $252.3 million domestically.

The film stars Chris Pratt as the voice of a Lego figure named Emmet mistaken for the prophesized savior of the Lego world. Other voices include Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, Charlie Day as a spaceman figure, Morgan Freeman as Vitruvius the Wizard and Will Arnett as Batman.

The $35.99 Blu-ray combo pack will come with the film on Blu-ray and DVD, plus a digital version via UltraViolet. Extras on the combo pack and 2-DVD special edition ($28.98) include a commentary track, deleted scenes, outtakes, promotional content, fan films, test footage, an “Everything is Awesome” sing-along and several featurettes, such as “Batman: A True Artist,” “Michelangelo and Lincoln: History Cops,” “Enter the Ninjago,” “Bringing Lego to Life,” “Stories from the Story Team” and “See it! Build it!”

Warner is also release a deluxe The Lego Movie: Everything Is Awesome Edition Blu-ray combo pack ($59.98) that also includes a 3D version of the film, a Vitruvius figure, a collectible 3D Emmet photo, everything from the regular Blu-ray combo pack and the featurette “Dream Job: Meet The Lego Builders.”
