Funimation Anime Titles Pop Up on Comcast On Demand Channels

11 May, 2009 By: Chris Tribbey

Anime from Funimation Entertainment is now available to Comcast digital cable subscribers, via both The Cutting Edge and Movies and Events on-demand channels.

Funimation titles on The Cutting Edge are available for free, while Movies and Events titles are available for pay-per-view, sometimes before the episodes and movies are released on DVD. “D. Gray-Man,” “Devil May Cry” and “Tsubusa: Reservoir Chronicle” are among the titles available in May.

VIZ Media series “Honey & Clover,” “Nana” and others will also be available this summer on The Cutting Edge.

The 24/7 FUNimation Channel is currently available on Verizon FiOS TV and select Funimation titles are available on a pay-per-view basis on Dish Network On Demand Turbo HD.
