Technicolor, Wal-Mart and GameStop all earned recognition March 2 for their work in the video game supply chain, the Entertainment Merchants Association said.
The three were awarded during the 2010 GameSupply conference in San Jose, Calif.
“GameStop, Technicolor, and Wal-Mart consistently demonstrate the highest levels of excellence in their video game supply chain practices,” said EMA president and CEO Bo Andersen. “EMA is pleased to award these companies for their outstanding effort to improve supply chain management and efficiencies.”
GameStop and Technicolor tied for the Supply Chain Efficiency award, while Wal-Mart was recognized for Green Supply Chain Leadership.
