TV.com, the repurposed content Web site and Hulu rival owned by CBS Corp., July 20 said it reached record highs for unique visitors and video streams in May, according to comScore.

A unit of San Francisco-based CBS Interactive, TV.com posted growth for the sixth consecutive month, with a 2,855% increase in unique viewers, 2,036% increase in video streams and 1,624% increase in minutes. The site posted triple- and double-digit month-over-month increases in unique viewers (153%), minutes (45%) and streams (34%).
The data helped CBS Interactive hold its position among the top five largest video properties for the third consecutive month in terms of video viewers, driven by the growth of CBS.com and its other Web properties, with 26.4 million unique users who watch 666 million minutes and more than 163.6 million streams.
Users can also access TV.com content from their iPhone and iPod Touch through the popular TV.com app, available at the Apple App Store.
