Target Exclusively Releases ‘My One and Only’

Target has teamed with Herrick Entertainment to exclusively release the production company’s DVD of My One and Only, starring Renée Zellweger and distributed by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment.

Available Nov. 10 through Target stores, Target.com and for rental through Blockbuster, My One and Only is inspired by actor George Hamilton’s teenage years with his mother (Zellweger), who leaves her husband with her two kids to find a man who is worthy of supporting her and her family. The film also stars Logan Lerman, Mark Rendell, Christopher Noth, Eric McCormack, Steven Weber and David Koechner. My One and Only is directed by Richard Loncraine, and written by Charlie Peters, Nick Stahl and Kevin Bacon.

“This unique deal is a great way for Herrick Entertainment to build on its entrance into the motion-picture business,” said Norton Herrick, chairman and CEO of The Herrick Company, parent company of Herrick Entertainment, a film and theater production and financing company. “My One and Only is a movie we’re very proud to have made, and we believe that Target and 20th Century Fox will expand the picture’s theatrical run into a tremendously successful home-entertainment release.”
