Vivendi Entertainment Jan. 5 announced a distribution agreement with the Nasser Entertainment Group, a Vancouver- and Los Angeles-based film and television production company.
The deal includes all home video, television and digital distribution rights.
Hangar 14, starring WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin (The Expendables) and Michael Jai White (Why Did I Get Married Too, Black Dynamite), will be the first feature film to be released under the new contract. The actioner is in post-production and will hit home video this year.

As Vivendi Entertainment looks to add proven brands and star power to its home entertainment portfolio, we are excited to be able to deliver their high-quality, commercially driven films to the largest possible audiences,” said Yolanda Macias, EVP of acquisitions and business development at Vivendi Entertainment.
