Eddie Cunningham, president, Universal Studios Home Entertainment
Cunningham leads Universal’s global home entertainment operations, including sales, marketing and distribution. His division works closely with other teams at NBC Universal — as well as with key industry organizations — to innovate, maximize and drive revenue opportunities across all product lifecycles and distribution platforms. With Cunningham’s guidance, Universal is leading the way in bridging physical and digital, exploring innovative technologies and developing and adapting dynamic new initiatives for the evolving home entertainment arena around the world.

Jessica Schell, EVP, new media and digital entertainment, Universal Pictures
Schell oversees the global expansion of strategic relationships with digital companies across all platforms. She leads new digital businesses, growth initiatives and distribution strategies with a focus on new ways to exploit content, windows and new formats such as interactive EST and UltraViolet. Schell has increased digital content sales through windowing, pricing, marketing and product initiatives, including working with Comcast to launch EST on the set-top box.

Hilary Hoffman, EVP, marketing, Universal Studios Home Entertainment
Hoffman is responsible for strategic marketing and business strategy for Universal and its distributed lines in North America across new-release, catalog and TV properties for physical and digital. She oversees strategic direction and ensures plans, tactics and materials executed by brand, creative, online, media, added-value content and publicity remain aligned to maximize home entertainment revenue. Hoffman has been a driving force behind Universal’s entrée into Blu-ray Disc and new technologies, including UltraViolet.

Michael Bonner, EVP, digital distribution, Universal Studios Home Entertainment
Bonner is responsible for Universal’s domestic digital distribution of film and television product across all EST and VOD platforms. He oversees license negotiations and partner relationships with cable, satellite, telecom and digital retailers. As a key leader of NBC Universal’s overall television and film content distribution strategy, Bonner most recently collaborated on the launch of UltraViolet and led NBC Universal’s Hulu partnership.
