Shout! Marks 10th Anniversary With Yearlong Campaign

Independent distributor Shout! Factory is marking 10 years of business in 2013 with contests, special offers and a new logo.

The company will offer promotions via social media and ShoutFactory.com, and will offer limited-edition gifts and 10th anniversary branded discs. Shout! will hold special events, promote an interactive visual history of Shout! and special tributes by fans and industry peers are promised.

ShoutFactory.com will offer up-to-date news, fan activities, and bundle offers and limited-edition releases. The site will also provide users social media interactive tools and forums for discussion.

Fans who follow Shout!’s Twitter (@ShoutFactory), Facebook (facebook.com/pages/Shout Factory/57640591309), Pinterest (pinterest.com/shoutfactory/), Instagram (instagram.com/shout_factory) and Tumblr (theshoutfactory.tumblr.com/) pages will be notified of contests.

For January, Shout! opens up its anniversary celebration with a "When I Was 10..." contest, asking fans to share what they loved about being 10 years old for a chance to win a $100 shopping spree (shoutfactory.com/WhenIWas10). One winner will be chosen each week.

Shout! plans on a president’s sale in February and a March Madness-themed sale in March. 

Shout! Factory founders Richard Foos, Bob Emmer and Garson Foos previously launched Rhino Records in 1978 and Rhino Home Video in 1985.
