BOB BUCHI, president, worldwide home media distribution, Paramount Home Media Distribution
A 20-year home entertainment veteran, Buchi this year took over the top home entertainment spot at Paramount. Previously, he oversaw brand, retail and digital marketing and was responsible for the strategic product marketing and management of some of the industry’s most successful franchise releases, including “Transformers,” “Star Trek,” ”SpongeBob SquarePants,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “G.I. Joe” and “Paranormal Activity.”

GASPARE BENSO, EVP and GM, international, Paramount Home Media
Benso oversees sales, marketing and distribution of the studio’s home media content, including electronic sellthrough, VOD and disc, in all international territories outside North America. Originally from Italy, he relocated to the United States in 1999 and has held a variety of executive positions in the theatrical, home video, television, digital and consumer products divisions in several foreign markets, including the United Kingdom and Italy. Benso joined Paramount in 2007.

PETER GIANNASCOLI, SVP, worldwide marketing, Paramount Home Media Distribution
Giannascoli oversees all aspects of worldwide marketing for the division, including creative advertising, publicity, interactive marketing, international marketing and market research. Giannascoli leads the strategy behind and implementation of marketing campaigns for Paramount’s home media releases across all physical and digital platforms. His campaigns have been honored with numerous industry accolades, including 15 Key Art awards and eight Golden Trailer awards.

TRIPP WOOD, SVP, digital sales and distribution, Paramount Home Media Distribution, domestic
Wood’s team drives the studio’s domestic transactional digital business with Internet, cable, satellite and telco customers. He also leads digital business development including new initiatives in Ultra HD and collaborations with theatrical marketing for lifecycle partnerships. Wood most recently served as VP of digital marketing. Prior to joining Paramount, Wood logged a decade of experience in interactive entertainment at Electronic Arts and Disney Interactive.

DAVE DAVIS, SVP, digital transaction sales, international, Paramount Home Media Distribution
Davis manages both key local platforms and global customers, with a worldwide reach that covers nearly 200 countries. Previously, he oversaw physical and digital distribution for the Asia-Pacific and Latin America regions, and prior to that Davis managed the studio’s international digital distribution and domestic cable VOD businesses.
