In celebration of the Nov. 24 Universal Studios Home Entertainment release of Funny People on Blu-ray Disc and DVD, comedy video Web site Funny or Die will host a special live Q&A session with the film’s writer, director and producer Judd Apatow (The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Knocked Up) Nov. 18 at 12:30 p.m. PST on funnyordie.com.

Apatow will answer pre-submitted questions from the Funny or Die Facebook page (facebook.com/funnyordie) and live questions via Twitter (twitter.com/funnyordie).

Those who experience the special event live also will get to see sneak peeks of the Funny People two-disc Blu-ray edition, which includes exclusive clips and behind-the-scenes footage.

This is the third live streaming event for Funny or Die.

“We are excited for the Funny or Die audience to participate in an open forum like this and get the opportunity to interact with Hollywood ‘A’-listers,” said Patrick Starzan, director of marketing for Funny or Die.

Funny or Die claims more than 5 million unique video views per month. The site was founded by Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Chris Henchy. Apatow is a partner in Funny or Die.
