‘American Idol’ Creator Announces ‘Dream’ Project

Simon Fuller, the creator of the hit TV show “American Idol,” announced his latest project that will follow the lives of five young people trying to make it in Hollywood.

According to The Associated Press, the show will stream live to viewers worldwide and they will be able to give feedback through blog posts and various social networking sites such as MySpace and Facebook. 

The show, “If I Can Dream,” will begin airing in early 2010, and will follow three aspiring actors, a musician, and a model.

The show will be streamed across several platforms, including mobile handsets and radio, and Hulu.com will feature an edited episode each week.
