'Hotel Transylvania 2' Marketing Tie-Ins Include Grocery, Restaurant and Retail Opportunities

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is spotlighting several promotional opportunities surrounding the Blu-ray and DVD release of Hotel Transylvania 2.

Wayback Burgers will offer a free kids meal (with adult meal purchase), as the burger chain promotes the film in more than 130 locations, plus themed TV and radio spots and social media support.

Chuck E. Cheese is featuring a free token offer combined with a pizza meal offer, and will play the film’s trailer on the big screens at more than 550 national locations.

Luigi’s Italian Ice is offering a $5 savings on purchase of their product with purchase of Hotel Transylvania 2 in 10,000 locations. Support includes an on-pack coupon, point-of-purchase promotion o the film in stores and social media support.

Snack brand Mrs. Thinster’s is offering a free bag of cookies with purchase of the film and will run a sweepstakes for a family vacation courtesy of Delta Vacations to the Universal Orlando Resort. Themed displays will appear in 12,000 retail locations.

Shutterfly will offer a free 8x8-inch photo book valued at $29.95 with purchase of the film.
