Projections: 'Lorax' Will Dominate Charts

13 Aug, 2012 By: John Latchem

Universal Studios Home Entertainment’s The Lorax, based on the Dr. Seuss book, is expected to top the sales charts its first week in stores by a wide margin. With a $214 million domestic box office gross, the film is the first major theatrical hit to come to disc in several weeks.

However, with The Lorax being held back from rental kioks, the rental chart is likely to be topped by Universal’s American Reunion, which is coming off its kiosk embargo.
