Projections: 'Hangover' Hopes To Affect Charts14 Oct, 2013 By: John Latchem
The top two titles for the week ending Oct. 13 are likely to be Warner’s The Hangover Part III and Sony Pictures’ After Earth.
The edge goes to The Hangover Part III, which grossed $112.2 million at the domestic box office. That’s way down from what the first two “Hangover” movies earned, but still nearly double After Earth’s $60.5 million cume.
With Hangover subjected to a delay at Redbox, the rental chart isn’t likely to see much change from the previous week.
