MTI Pushes ‘Moscow Chill’ to April 21

Technical issues with the authoring of the DVD of Moscow Chill have moved distributor MTI Home Video to delay the title to April 21. The title, about a computer hacker caught in a mob plot in Russia, had been slated for a March 24 release, but the initial prints lacked English subtitles for some Russian-language dialogue, sparking the delay.
