A New Moon Film Cel Collectible

Hollywood Archives Collectibles Inc. has introduced a new collection of Senitype framed film cels for the second quarter, including two Target exclusives.
The first Target exclusive debuted Feb. 16 as an add-on to copies of Warner Home Video’s Halo Legends two-DVD special edition. The Halo Legends Senitype marked the first collaboration between Warner and Microsoft, with artwork created by Japanese artist Shinji Aramaki.
Target also will have an exclusive film cel for Summit Entertainment’s The Twilight Saga: New Moon when the vampire film hits DVD and Blu-ray March 20. Target.com is taking preorders on its exclusive deluxe editions of New Moon, with a three-DVD set at $24.99 and a two-disc Blu-ray set at $29.99. There will be 3,500 copies each of 300 different 35mm images taken directly from the film. Last year the Senitype exclusive for the Twilight DVD was offered through Hot Topic.
Senitype recently trumpeted the fact that its collectibles are fully automatable for DVD insertion and require no hand packing.
The Senitype concept recently resurfaced with a Blockbuster exclusive offering of 10 different Universal Studios classics, including Back to the Future, The Big Lebowski, Sixteen Candles, E.T. and Jaws.
Hollywood Archives Collectibles has been working within the entertainment industry for the past 15 years. Each Senitype is individually numbered and studio partners include 20th Century Fox, Disney, DreamWorks, Paramount, Sony Pictures, Universal, Warner and others.
