Sony Pictures Ups Khalilieh to Director of Marketing

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has promoted Roy Khalilieh to director of marketing. He reports to Jennifer Anderson, VP of worldwide marketing.

Khalilieh joined SPHE in 1999 and has worked both in its international and domestic divisions, overseeing the marketing behind such titles as Talladega Nights, The Da Vinci Code and Spider-Man 3, the latter for which he implemented a promotional campaign with Papa John’s Pizza. Khalilieh will now handle development of strategic campaigns to support SPHE’s new titles, including from labels Columbia Pictures, Screen Gems, Sony Pictures Classics and Tri-star.

“I couldn’t be happier to announce Roy’s promotion to director of marketing,” Anderson said. “He is extremely dedicated and has played an instrumental role in raising the profile of our films on Blu-ray and DVD.”
