Fox Taps Finn

20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has named James Finn SVP of corporate and consumer communications, reporting to Mary Daily, EVP of marketing for the company.
Finn will relocate to Los Angeles from New York. He joins the home entertainment arm after serving six years at Fox Searchlight as VP of national publicity.
“It’s a privilege to join a team of executives with such an incredible, resourceful and knowledgeable background,” Finn said. “I look forward to being a part of the process as we continue to be an innovative leader within home entertainment, and I’m thrilled to continue my professional relationships with my colleagues within the film divisions at Fox, as well as the opportunities to partner alongside the various teams in our very successful television areas and beyond.”
At Fox Searchlight, Finn designed and implemented publicity and award campaigns, on such films as Slumdog Millionaire, Juno and Little Miss Sunshine. Before serving at Searchlight, Finn worked on Fox’s publicity team on such films as Cast Away, Moulin Rouge and Minority Report.
