Entertainment Rights, a global media company with a portfolio that includes some of the world’s most popular children’s brands such as Veggie Tales, has announced several executive changes.
Deborah Dugan has been appointed CEO of Entertainment Rights, replacing Nick Phillips who left the company Dec. 5. Dugan had been president and CEO of Entertainment Rights North America since April 2007. Prior to that, she was president of Disney Publishing Worldwide.
The company also announced Jane Smith has resigned from her post as chief creative and commercial director. Smith has been with the company since December 1999 and played a key role in building the brand and content portfolio.
In addition, Paul Ashworth, the group financial controller, has replaced Irvin Fishman as company secretary.
