The third installment of Michael Bay’s massively successful “Transformers” franchise, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, will hit 3D Blu-ray Disc Jan. 31, from Paramount Home Entertainment, as will a seven-disc limited-edition Blu-ray of all three “Transformers” movies.

The Dark of the Moon ultimate edition 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD combo pack is listed at $39.99. It includes nearly four hours of bonus material, including behind-the-scenes footage, cast and crew interviews, and more.

“This Blu-ray 3D of Dark of the Moon will blow you away. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to get a 3D television, this is it,” said director Michael Bay. “For fans who’ve been waiting patiently to bring Dark of the Moon home, this ultimate edition release delivers the goods.”

Dark of the Moon made more than $1.1 billion at the worldwide box office ($352 million at the U.S. box office alone), making it the No. 4 worldwide hit of all time.

The seven-disc Transformers Limited Edition Collector’s Trilogy is listed at $76.99. It includes all three films in high-definition, Dark of the Moon in 3D and more than 10 hours of special features, as well as a plaque of movie images signed by Bay.

Previously, a three-disc Transformers Trilogy Blu-ray had been released Dec. 13, while Dark of the Moon was released on DVD and Blu-ray Sept. 30.
